Don’t let the name fool you: Sirai Beach is perched on a clifftop, not beside a beach. But with a set of steps down to a small, private cove and a 25-metre lap pool, you’re unlikely to miss the sand.
There are six bedrooms in all. The style is contemporary coastal – think dark woods and white linens, polished concrete baths and day beds on roof terraces.
At the main house you’ll find an excellent wine cellar plus dining options that include an al fresco terrace, a spot below a baobab tree and a table beneath the stars. Choose from activities including kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling; head to the gym, spa room or tennis courts – just be sure to do it in combination with a safari at the sister property, Sirai House.
