When we visited Singita Sasakwa, it reminded us of an old country pile. With their wood panelling and chandeliers, the manor house and private cottages simply drip with colonial, grandiose glamour: traditional, elegant and classic. It’ll certainly appeal to those with a liking for old-world sophistication.
It’s located on a hill in the Grumeti Reserve, with sweeping views from the verandah that stretch for miles over the plains. We think it makes an excellent viewing spot for witnessing the annual migration of zebra and wildebeest.
