There are two reasons Singita Sabora is the stuff of safari fantasy. First up, there’s the safari itself. The camp is in the heart of the Grumeti Reserve, right next to the Serengeti’s western corridor. There really isn’t much separating you from the wildlife outside: during the migration, guests here have been known to be woken by wildebeest en route to the Masai Mara.
Then there is the completely reimagined canvas camp that reopened at the end of September 2020. Singita Sabora is now pared-back and earthy, and showcases African designers and craftmakers. They've rewired the guest experience on all levels, from yoga decks to deli picnic baskets, allowing you to choose your own picnic spot in and around the camp.
