Laikipia is known for its spectacular views and Mugie House certainly makes the most of them. This is a lodge with wow factor. Breath-taking vistas at every turn, a gorgeous infinity pool, roaring fires and cool, fresh, contemporary interiors. Right in front of the lodge there’s a waterhole that draws wildlife and a hide where you can watch at close quarters. There’s even a 9-hole golf course if you fancy a quick round in between game drives, or take a kayak out on the dam.
Wildlife in the conservancy includes several species endemic to northern Kenya – Grevy’s zebra, Jackson’s Hartebeest and the Reticulated Giraffe to name a few.
