What comes to mind when you think of a beach house? We imagine it’s not twinkling chandeliers, huge roll-top baths and fresh seafood prepared to order.
But Birkenhead House isn’t your typical beach house. Despite the obvious glamour and style, it’s the kind of place no-one will frown at you if you kick off your flip flops and curl up on the sofa to watch the waves.
The rooms have been styled by the magic wand of Liz Biden. They’re all gorgeous. But in our opinion, it’s worth spending a bit more to get a sea view room.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay has been thought about, there was even a selection of reading glasses on the table for reading the menu!
